MEET KELLY
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. I'm Kelly. I am a local Austinite, born and raised, and I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2019.
My family loves to travel, and I became more interested in photography as I started documenting our family trips. In 2012, my older sister asked me to take her high school senior portraits, and I have been taking portraits ever since!
My editing style is bright and colorful, and I seek to capture the authentic personality and emotion of each individual or couple. An average photo session with me involves movement, laughter, and posing prompts so you will receive a variety of lovely photos to look back at for years to come.

Where are you based?
I am located in the Dripping Springs side of Austin, TX aka "just west of weird," and I am happy to drive anywhere in the Austin or greater-Austin area.
What can I expect before/at a photo session?
By email, I will walk you through preparation, such as choosing our location(s). I can even help you plan which outfits will look best in front of the camera. Day-of, expect to be able to be yourself! We want your authentic self to be captured through these photos.
How do you edit the photos?
I edit all the photos for light and color modifications using Adobe Lightroom. In certain cases I do professional skin retouching. If blemishes, fly-aways, or an unintended photobomber pose a distraction to the emotion or story of the photo, I remove them in a way that improves the image.
When will we receive our photos?
After our session I will edit the photos for light and color. When the photos are ready, I will send you the link to your personal gallery on my website. You will be able to download the photos from the gallery, share them, and choose your favorites. There’s no charge for downloading photos- this is included in our session price.
How many photos will we receive?
Depending on how long our photo session is, I generally deliver 60-200 images. Keep in mind that this is significantly more than most photographers because I believe my clients are the experts of their own favorites.
